Aart Bouwmeester
Aart is the founder of Yolk and has many years of experience in communication, organizational development, and leadership. He moves easily between strategy and daily work, between language and systems, between the boardroom and the people on the ground.
He studied literature and journalism and later trained in systemic work. This mix helps him see the bigger picture, notice what is happening below the surface, and support leaders in finding their way through complex situations.
He is often asked to guide the process, content, and culture during times of change. His work is practical, people-focused, and based on strong collaboration. Aart asks clear questions, brings calm when things feel chaotic, and creates space for new ideas to grow.
Maud Cordemeijer
Maud has been with Yolk since 2020 and has since proven herself to be a quick thinker and a decisive doer. She not only keeps projects on track, but also knows how to bring the team together and organize everything with an infectious energy. Maud is straightforward and always goes full steam ahead, with an infectious smile that lightens even the most challenging situations. With her on the team, everyone stays connected, and we make sure to persevere together no matter what obstacles we face. Maud’s positive attitude and determination make her an indispensable force within Yolk.
Karin Agterbosch
Karin is the writer and backbone of our operations, playing a crucial role in everything we do. She knows all the ins and outs of our organization and is the indispensable support and advocate we can always count on. Whether writing powerful copy, acting as editor-in-chief, or managing projects, Karin is involved in everything and jumps in where needed. As the point of contact for our back office, she ensures that all internal processes run smoothly, allowing our team to focus on delivering the best work.
