How it started

We were there. When TPG partnered with the UN World Food Programme to tackle food security. When ING reimagined microfinance with local partners. When Rabobank created space for trust and meaningful work with ‘Rabo Unplugged.’ Something shifted. The logic of systems made room for direction, energy, and real connection. That’s where Yolk began. From the desire to make those kinds of moments possible, again and again.

‘I started Yolk out of a sense of wonder. How is it that organizations full of talent still get stuck in noise and complexity? And more than that. What happens when something truly shared and meaningful shows up on the table? I saw how quickly energy is released, direction emerges, and people connect. That’s the heart of Yolk today: communicative, connecting, and guiding.’

Working where it matters

We walk beside organizations facing questions that truly matter. How do you build resilience after a crisis? How do you lead through complexity? And how do you stay close to your values, even when the pressure is high? In sectors like accountancy, government, corporate sector, education, healthcare and finance, we support leaders and teams to sharpen their judgment and make space for conversations that count.

Leadership in public life

We’ve developed leadership programs and supported change inside public systems. In education and youth care, we helped bring together schools, municipalities, and professionals with young people at the center. In neighborhoods and regions, we supported initiatives that turned shared goals into practical, grounded progress.

What ties it all together

Across everything we do, there is one thread: we believe in co-creation. In taking people seriously. In making space for change through honest work. We don’t fix from the outside; we move from the inside out. With patience. With purpose. With people.

Yolk, that’s why

We called it Yolk for a reason. It’s the nourishing centre of something new. Full of potential. Always in motion.
