Kansen Kweken – Westland (2022-2025)
Program lead for strengthening cross-sector collaboration between schools, local government, and youth care services. Focused on shared ownership, joint decision-making, and fostering a learning ecosystem within the Local Education Agenda.
Program lead for building strong partnerships between education, youth support services, and parents. Together, we developed preventive approaches within the framework of the National Education Program (NPO).
Inclusive Education & Youth Services Program – The Hague region(2019–2024)
Led the development of a new collaborative model between municipalities and regional school networks. Emphasis on strategic alignment, collaborative decision-making, and practical tools to support long-term partnerships.

Leadership Development – Royal Library of the Netherlands (2020–2022)
Designed and delivered a multi-year leadership program aimed at fostering personal, collective, and organizational leadership. In close co-creation with the Royal Library, we developed practices around beliefs, behavior, and network-building, aligned with their transition goals.
Focus to Win – Sysmex (2018)
Developed a transformation strategy around the launch of ‘Focus to Win’. Facilitated team-wide engagement, activated an internal community of future builders, and supported aligned autonomy and change capacity throughout the organization.
Möbius – Ministry of Infrastructure & Environment (2014–2018)
Led the design and facilitation of a multi-year leadership journey for managers, focused on co-creation and collective learning. The program combined personal development, cross-team collaboration, and deep reflection on complex societal challenges.
New Ways of Working
Designing and guiding new work practices — from vision to behavior, space, and collaboration.
Brabo-werken – Antwerp Police Department (2017–2020)
Introduced new work structures and team rituals within the local police force. Supported the development of autonomous teams, strengthened professional skills, and designed custom learning paths.
Het Gelders Werken – Province of Gelderland (2016)
Designed and guided the transition to a new way of working, focused on time- and location-independent work. Provided strategic advice on guiding principles and facilitated the organizational shift ahead of relocation.
ING Connect – ING Netherlands (2010–2011)
Implemented a company-wide network model to improve collaboration. Guided the change process and developed tools to foster connection and knowledge-sharing.
New way of work – European Investment Bank (2010–2011)
Introduced a new workstyle in an international setting. Supported teams in transitioning to hybrid and self-managed ways of working.
Rabo Unplugged – Rabobank (2005–2010)
Designed and rolled out an integrated workstyle combining mental, physical, and digital dimensions. Focused on giving employees more freedom and responsibility, while strengthening customer orientation and team collaboration.

Common Ground – Rabobank (2022–2024)
Guided the strategic and spatial development of the new Rabo Campus. Co-created the “Common Ground” concept, focused on shared ownership, societal positioning, and the design of meaningful spaces.
Da Vinci – SD Worx Belgium (2018–2019)
Provided strategic and creative support for a company-wide transformation. Developed an internal communication concept, built a core communication team, and initiated community-building efforts.
Organizational development – De Efteling (2016)
Designed and facilitated a customized development approach across the organization. Combined systemic insights, change narratives, and hands-on tools into a guidance model tailored to De Efteling’s unique culture.
Always Alert – Rabobank (2015–2016)
Led a development program within the IT chain, aimed at behavior change, aligned governance, and strengthened chain awareness. Emphasis on alertness, accountability, and building a Just Culture.

Spend Wisely – SNS Bank (2008–2010)
Provided strategic advice and concept development for a collaborative program aimed at increasing financial awareness among young people. Designed creative formats and translated them into educational and behavior-driven interventions in partnership with civil society organizations.
A Billion to Gain – ING & Oikocredit (2006–2009)
Led research and activation efforts around microfinance in collaboration with Oikocredit and ING. Developed storytelling formats, hosted knowledge sessions, and supported ING employees through the ING Microfinance Support initiative.
Moving the World – TPG & UN World Food Programme (2003–2005)
Contributed to the strategic launch of a public–private partnership between logistics and humanitarian aid. Focused on positioning, stakeholder dialogue, and strategic exploration to align purpose and action.
