Here’s more informationWe all want to collaborate better. Diversity should strengthen teams, and consensus should make things smoother. But often, the opposite happens: collaboration stalls, consensus leads to mediocrity, and diversity causes avoidance. And there you are, trying to get things moving. Why does collaboration sometimes work and sometimes not? What’s really going on here?
- Think and act systemically: What is happening beneath the surface when people want to achieve something together?
- Connect generations, cultures, and perspectives in complex issues.
- Use difference as strength rather than an obstacle.
Why this is different
The mix of participants makes this series unique: different generations, different cultural backgrounds, people with an alpha or beta perspective—all in one session. Through carefully curated groups and guided conversations, we create an environment where real connections and impactful insights emerge. This results in conversations you won’t forget anytime soon.
May 16 | Encounters on new ground – Where have we landed?
How do you ensure connection when you start something new? In this session, we will explore how to create a context where differences can meet. Using insights from systemic work, we will look at the roles, patterns, and tensions that influence our dynamics. Drawing from examples in our own practice, we’ll explore what’s needed to put everything on the table.
September 26 | Encounters at the border – What power lies in difference?
In this session, we will dive into the interaction between generations and cultures. What happens when different perspectives clash? We will use insights from transcultural systemic work and organizational culture to discover how diversity works. Through exercises and case studies, we’ll learn how to make difference a strength.
November 14 | Respect for conflict – What does resistance bring?
What is your reflex when someone attacks you? Do you step back or strike back? In this session, we will break down conflict as a source of energy. How do you use that energy for a common goal? We will work with Socratic dialogue and Deep Democracy. How do you ask questions that get to the heart of the matter without falling into a “yes-no” argument? How do you ensure minority voices are heard rather than suppressed? By not avoiding conflict but learning to understand and use it, we turn resistance into a tool for growth.
