Aart is the founder of Yolk and an experienced change and communications specialist with over thirty years of experience guiding transformations in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. He has a keen eye for the complexity of organizational change and has learned how to address these challenges effectively.
With a background as a scholar of Dutch language and literature as well as journalism, Aart has evolved into a change management specialist and executive coach. He is deeply engaged in the major transitions of our time, continually seeking ways to bring meaning to these processes and involve others. His approach emphasizes practical solutions and fostering collaboration during times of change.
Maud Cordemeijer
Maud has been with Yolk since 2020 and has since proven herself to be a quick thinker and a decisive doer. She not only keeps projects on track, but also knows how to bring the team together and organize everything with an infectious energy. Maud is straightforward and always goes full steam ahead, with an infectious smile that lightens even the most challenging situations. With her on the team, everyone stays connected, and we make sure to persevere together no matter what obstacles we face. Karin is the writer and backbone of our operations, playing a crucial role in everything we do.
