We process the following information for customers and suppliers:
Company name, name, address, email address, phone number, bank account number, Chamber of Commerce number and the VAT number.
We require this information to be able to implement the agreement.

We use this information also to be able to communicate about our offer, to send quotations, deliver our services, send and pay invoices, receive feedback, and to meet the requirements of the tax authorities in maintaining an administration.

How long do we store your information?
For our bookkeeping, we are legally required to store our administration for 7 years.For our customers and suppliers, we store this information for as long as there is a relationship. Should the relationship end, information that is no longer relevant is deleted on request of the relation, while taking into account legal storage requirements.

If you contact us via the website, email or phone, we store the data for as long as they are required for the objective.

Is your information safe?
To ensure your information is sage on our website, our online project management system and our online collaboration platform , we have taken appropriate security measures.
