If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, we will have your name, email address and/or phone number. We use this data only for this purpose.
For clients and suppliers
From clients and suppliers, we process the following data: Company name, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. These data are needed to execute the agreement. We also use this data to communicate about our offer, send offers, deliver our services, send and pay invoices, receive feedback and to comply with the tax authorities’ obligation to keep records.
How long do we keep your data?
For accounts, we are required by law to keep records for 7 years. From clients and suppliers, we keep data for as long as there is a relationship. When the relationship ends, data that is no longer relevant is deleted at the request of the client, taking into account legal retention periods. If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we keep this data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose.
